Apr 23,2015The tickets that I ordered look great. However, BC Gaming requirements are quite specific and the template that is provided online does not accommodate the standard, legally required components. I was able to make it work, with quite a bit of effort. Given that the requirements are standard and readily available, it should be a part of the template, but it is not.

Apr 10,2015Ordered the tickets on Thursday evening and was told they would be received on Monday - they showed up at my door the following day (less than 24 hours after ordering them). Shipping is super fast and price is great. I wish there was a little more ability to customize the tickets (adding text boxes, changing font sizes and styles) as the first couple of templates did not work for what I needed. However, sometimes simple is easier. The 'create tickets from scratch' option is really lacking. However, great experience overall and will recommend to anyone who asks!

Apr 10,2015Our product came very quickly and exactly as it was supposed to. We had an initial problem with our delivery but when I called the customer service was FANTASTIC! The problem was resolved in just a few minutes and without having to really fight over it. Very easy to deal with and very friendly, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Apr 07,2015I was really disappointed with the shipping but I've read that you guys don't take responsibility for that and I should address FedEx. But I paid extra to get Priority Overnight and it did not arrive for a few days after shipping. Really no point in upgrading the shipping service. But for setting up the tickets themselves, the perforation line was off a bit (not too much) but I think it would be easier to line it up if you could zoom in to see the details when designing your own ticket.

Apr 27,2015Ticket design is very simple and ver efficient. Ticket are delivered very fast. However, when my ordered was received, several tickets were not cut with the proper size. From 350 ticket, I had to reorder 250. Good support from Canada Ticket Printing that reprinted 250 new tickets for free. I'm still waiting the dellivery of these reprinted tickets. I really hope that ticket will be cut correctly this time.
