Nov 14,2014I ordered both wristbands and tickets through this company. Both products are awesome and I am thrilled with the final product. However, I had issues logging in and received no help from the company. I called the 1-800 phone number, tried to initiate their online chat help, and sent an email asking for help. No one from the company contacted me in any method. I finally created a new account to finish placing my order. I found the lack of customer service to be frustrating.

Nov 12,2014Canada Ticket Printing is what we use each year for printing event materials for our workplace. It's very professional, there are people available to help if you have any issues, and the design tools are easy to use. The creation of the materials and the shipping are both very fast. Would use again in the future.

Nov 12,2014The tickets were exactly as expected. Nice thick paper and good perforation. Numbered and packaged nicely. Extremely fast delivery (3 working days and delivered by FedEx on a national holiday). $72 for 1,000 tickets including delivery! Worth it!! I later had to reorder because I forgot to include the lottery licence #. My mistake, but they gave me 40% off my reorder anyways. Good customer service.

The tickets arrived later than the estimated date of arrival (by only one business day so not a big deal), but with our event fast approaching I was kind of nervous since no updates were given on the status of the order (printed, shipped, etc.) so those would be nice to have emailed in the future.

Nov 12,2014We were quite satisfied with the quality of the tickets and the delivery was quick and on time. The web site interface is very well designed and easy to use. My only recommendation is if some of the templates could have a few more options for adding additional information. Otherwise, a very good service and I'll definitely use it again for any future ticket needs.

Nov 11,2014Online experience was simple and easy to follow, but tickets came a day late and when they did come, the ripped off part of the ticket was not printed on? But when I ordered it showed that the part of the ticket that would be torn upon entry would have writing on it, but it never did?? Because it was a day late we never had time to return and get a new one shipped, so we just had to use the ticket that was only half completed.

Nov 11,2014This was my first time ordering or even browsing Canada Ticket Printing. I had simply googled "raffle ticket printing" and this popped up. Because we were kind of under the gun, as far as timeline went, I took a chance and ordered. When at the checkout, it said that shipping would take a week, I was a little worried, but hoped that they'd be close to their delivery estimate. It actually took only 3 days, and the tickets look great! I had fiddled with the layout for a while, after adjusting all the "helpful hints". They were exactly what I needed. And the price was good! Less than what our printing was for last year's raffle and the tickets are infinitely nicer, and certainly more professional. I WILL order again, and recommend this company to others.

Nov 07,2014I found the user interface very easy to use in creating a custom raffle ticket based on one of the standard templates. My only complaints would be that I did not pay enough attention to the overall size of the tickets. They are a bit small...so when filling out purchaser information we will have to write very small. Also, another annoyance...when the tickets were collated and stapled into books they put the staple in a really inconvenient spot. Stapled on the right side centre of the ticket right next to the perforation. Normally tickets are stapled on the left side. Small thing...but still annoying. Overall very happy with the service, the price and quick delivery. From time of order to delivery was only 3 business days. Print quality was excellent.
