Oct 08,2014Third year in a row using this company. Called twice for backup help. Telephone agent friendly, informed, and provided the answers I needed. Tickets arrived very quickly even using the regular snail mail service. In three years, and 2,200 tickets pre-stapled in books of 5, only once did we have a book of 4 by mistake. So I say our orders have been 99% perfect. Happy with the service, will continue to use.

Oct 08,2014In the past we sent up and printed our tickets on card stock with no perforations. This year we had enlisted someone who wanted $200 to print 150 tickets. When it looked like our deadline was not going to be met we looked on line and found Canada Ticket Printing. What a delight! Simple, direct and within two days we had the tickets. This is the way to go!

Oct 08,2014Well it took a while to complete my order on their site, originally the site never saved my design and I had to start over, secondly it took forever for the product to arrive and was very late....when I received the product only half of the tickets were perforated. Overall Disappointed going to consider another provider in the future.

Oct 08,2014I've used TicketRiver.com for the last several years to handle the online ticket sales for our annual event, a small local film festival. They recommended Canada Ticket Printing to provide our printed tickets. I used their easy online tools to design two sets of tickets. When I had some concerns, I phoned their help desk for assistance. We got everything sorted out and our tickets arrived on time at my front door by courier a couple of days later. I have since recommended them twice to other friends with similar needs and I plan to use them again myself for next year's event.

Oct 08,2014It was such an easy process. I made the ticket online using one of their pre made designs and the tickets looked even better in person. People have been asking where I had them made, that's how impressive they are. The only downside is that for expedited shipping, it cost nearly 50% of what the tickets costed, but that's my mistake for leaving the ticket printing until last minute. I'll definitely use this website again in the future.

The only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was because of the staples making it difficult to write on the stubs. (Yes I know I could have them on the other side, I just wanted them on the info half....but still able to write)
