Website is hard to use, has really ugly pre-designed options and takes forever to load! For a design company, you would think they would put a little more effort into their branding and the designs of their pre-designed tickets. However, once I found what I was sort of looking for, it was easy and the finished product is awesome! Will use again only because there is no other service that can get me a ticket with a corigated tear off on the bottom!

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I had to make a last minute change on my order after I had already proofed it. I call customer service and they had no problem refunding my money and letting me reorder with the changes. My only issue that I have is the shipping cost. It cost me more money to get my order shipped to me then the cost of the order itself. I wish there was an alternative form of shipping (i.e. Canada Post) then FedEx.

I had to make an order to Iqaluit in Nunvut, and while shipping prices to most locations in Canada were reasonable, the quoted shipping cost to Iqaluit was significantly higher. I contacted their support and asked them about it. They agreed it was high and said they would look into it for me. A little less than an hour later, I received an email with a new quote from Canada Post, an option that wasn't available on the website. They said they could ship through Canada Post, but couldn't guarantee the arrival date. We agreed to use this method, and I was to get back in contact with them to set it up. It was as simple as providing the support ticket number to another agent, and I was once again talking to the same agent within minutes. She helped me set it up easily and sent me a receipt as well as shipping number. As far as special requests go, this was phenomenal service, and as a customer I couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be using them in the future for ticket designs and purchases.

Found out 10 days before our event we needed more bands, ordered easily and quickly from history panels on web site. Arrived in 2 days! Saved me - it was great!

I design and they print...Easy as pie....Good templates but I usually build from the ground up...the templates are a little cheaper...order Monday have them by Friday...that's at the cheapest level of service...but that level of service cost me almost as much as 300 tickets...but repeat customers get further discounts....no Canada Post options...just Fedex...

Everything was easy and turned out really well. However shipping seemed extremely expensive 25$ on a 60$ order when there was no rush or anything just regular slow 1 week or more delivery.

This is the third year that I've used Canada Ticket Printing and I've always had a good experience. My tickets arrived fast and on time, and always are of terrific quality. Two small things that I'd like to see changed in the future. 1. I'd like more customization options when designing my tickets, such as changing fonts and font sizes. It took a lot of fiddling around to try to get my text to fit on two separate lines when just a half a font size smaller would have made all the difference. I'd also like more templates that allow me to add my own logo as there aren't many to choose from. 2. I wish there were more, cheaper options for shipping such as Canada Post. My tickets cost $15 more than they did last year because shipping costs have risen so much. When the tickets are $26 and the shipping charge is $23 is stops being a bargain. There must be cheaper shipping options out there that could be made available to us.

I had designed a ticket before finding out about your service. The service was good and quick, I emailed a question and got a reply back within a day and it was the weekend. I made a booboo when I submitted my job the first time, I realized my error as soon as I confirmed the order. I was sure there would be a penalty - I emailed right away to stop the job and they waived the penalty. I was so grateful because the tickets are for a fundraiser. I got the tickets on time, within 2-3 days. The paper quality is great. The only criticism is that I didn't find it clear how big the artwork should be. I had to redesign it three times to fit within your parameters. The printing parameters are not exact - the perforated line was way off and the cut line was a little off. I would recommend this company.
