Mar 12,2016Due to site changes, my custom made tickets became no longer available, and they couldn't move them over or save any of my files. I called the girl at the customer service desk and I got. "Nope, can't change them over, you'll have to completely redo them all". Very upsetting, that due to a small issue with the company changing their site products, I end up losing hours of work without any help from them to rectify the situation. After the reply (see below). I dealt with Deloris, who was absolutely wonderful. She actually took the time to look into the situation and to call me back to discuss how they can make this experience more pleasant for me.

Mar 01,2016The payment was a bit frustrating to me. I ordered some samples first and after that had a hard time changing the payment method to another credit card. Ended up having to ise the original credit card entered as it did not want to accept a new card and delete that one. Other then that. Like the product!

Feb 29,2016I was pleased with the cost and the quickness of shipping however after approving the draft of the ticket and then seeing the final product, I was pretty disappointed. The photo we included on the ticket was far more stretched on the final product that it appeared in the draft, making the subjects appear stretched. The printing definitely added more than 10 pounds if you get my drift and our event is too close to return the tickets for a reprint. I was mortified to even sell the tickets to the event because of the way the photo printed and felt even worse for the subjects of the photo because people keep telling her she looks great since she lost all the weight. I would recommend Canada Ticket Printing again if we needed it for an event that did not require a photo. UPDATE: Since posting this review, I was immediately contacted by customer support who fixed the tickets free of charge and shipped them out ASAP. Customer Service was great. Would recommend
