Nov 06,2024Purchased cakes as gifts x 2, unfortunately the details of an offer used was labelled on the boxes,(ie 2 free cookies with 6 muffins)…made the experience disappointing (for both sender and recipient). Contacted the company who stated that is what they do (easier packing) and this has not been raised by customers before….i would suggest that’s perhaps because customers don’t know! (recipients of gifts may not wish to wish to embarrass them). Certainly wouldn’t send as gifts again. (Other online companies remove prices/offers from gifts).
