The delivery was bang on time and the cupcakes were packed with great thought and care. They looked beautiful, not damaged at all. The cupcakes were delicious - not too sweet, perfectly baked! They went down a treat and everyone loved them! The personalisation of our logo was an extra special touch, we will definitely be ordering again!

Nov 27,2024Great customer service, helped me with an error on my order (my error) swiftly and efficiently. Cupcakes arrived in good time and well packaged. Cupcakes were absolutely delicious, the cake was really light and the icing was really well balanced and importantly not too sweet or sickly as some cupcake toppings can be. Really pleased as was my 9 year old and his friends at his party. There was not a scrap left. Very happy customer.

Nov 21,2024I complained and was met with - "do not threaten us"... I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy - their service is nothing short of abysmal. I ordered logo cupcakes, which were delivered upside down. I was then really disappointed with how the print came it, it looked cheap, and the cropped effect hadn't worked on some cakes - not all, indicating a printing error. I contacted this company advising I wasn't happy and would appreciate a refund, and provided a picture. I was met with "return it at your own cost so we can investigate this" despite them seeing a picture - a) no guarantee of a refund as I don't for a second trust them to refund you during their "investigation" process and b) they're asking unhappy customers to pay for their own refund and lose out on money, which isn't cheap when you're returning large boxes that they send out. I advised I wasn't happy with this and asked to see their Terms of Sale - which despite Trading Standards requiring you to - they don't have on their website. I was then told that by mentioning their lack of compliance I was threatening them and they won't tolerate it. They then advised they only speak with customers who provide them respect. I was never disrespectful - just frustrated at not being heard. I truly have never had such a bad customer care experience. The common theme of their unhappy reviews is they don't have a customer care policy, and nothing, and I mean nothing, is ever their fault. The customer is always wrong at this company. Amy has been named as being rude - which I experienced. The owner herself, Candice, is even worse and I found her so passive aggressive and patronising. I advised I didn't know who I was talking to as they never use signature sign offs, and her response included her name in bold in her sign off. Petty, unprofessional and just plain weird business practice. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. UPDATE TO RESPOND TO CANDY'S RESPONSE: The proof is in their response at how they treat customers. I was not once abusive - the only abuse received was on my part. Bear in mind this response is public, so I'm sure you can only imagine the barrage of abuse I got behind the scenes via email. The only person that looks bad from their response is Candice - it is so unprofessional to call customers rude, and say you don't want to work with them... I've never come across it. I felt truly intimidated by Candice's aggression, and can't believe she runs a business the way she does. The cupcakes were firmly enjoyed by the bin and the bin only. Do not order from these cowboys - you'll end up being treated exactly how I was in the response below. Given she insists on quoting from our emails, here are some quotes from the owner: “I would not expect you to understand or sympathise with how a business operates. You clearly have no experience in this field” - essentially calling me stupid. “If you are a business owner, I think you may need to reflect on how you interact with fellow business owners.” - Odd given I was interacting with her as a customer, why is my occupation relevant? “We do not want you as a customer.” I do feel better by leaving this review because this and most certainly the response from you will stop customers purchasing from here and having to go through what I’ve gone through. The question is, do you feel better for responding so aggressively in front of potential customers? The only one taking things personally is you being unable to comprehend someone doesn't like your cupcakes. If you can't take the heat, perhaps stay out of the kitchen.

Nov 11,2024My daughter took these to school to celebrate her birthday with her friends. Everyone said they looked amazing and tasted delicious. My only small issue is the handling during delivery. I witnessed the driver holding the box under his arm so maybe 4 of the cupcakes had lost some toppings. The box was labelled but he didn’t know they were cakes so probably didn’t handle with care.
