Nov 19,2024I had a great experience in the beginning with Car Brain back on MARCH 7th of this year after I sold my 2009 jaguar XF to them. I got a great deal, they easily came and picked it up, and I gave all of my signed forms to them for submission to the DMV on their part and to pay for all forms. This is ”claimed/stated” under their website that they will take care of all fees or needed DMV forms after the completion of transfer. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Even though it is listed under the DMV‘s actual website that the BUYER is responsible and must take care of all needed processes after picking up the car. I have now received two ticket notices in the mail for that car, one for October and the other from this month claiming that the car is still in my name. I have not driven nor had the car in my possession since it was picked up from your company back in March. I have tried reaching out to both my sale specialist (Christian Robles) as well as the companies customer service, and they have lacked to give me ANY response, any forms under my file, or any sign of relief. I have sent numerous emails within the past few weeks and none have been replied to. All I have is a bill of sale form that looks like it was created on google doc from them. I am writing this review just as a forewarning to any potential sellers or individuals looking to give them your car!!. Make sure they complete all DMV forms and do not screw you. It has been months now, If I do not get a response from this company in regards to the situation and making sure I am no longer liable, then I will be taking this situation to authorities and media.
