I was able to handle almost everything online either through their website or email; and the entire process only took a few days. Whenever I received messages from them or the towing company, I received them in a timely manner; and whenever I talked to someone, they were polite and helpful. My only concern is that their emails were a bit wordy and thus were a little difficult to easily understand at times.

Dec 29,2024I should have followed my gut and gone with Carbrain from the beginning, but I had another company come up with an offer for just a few dollars more right before I was about to go with CB ...big mistake. Communication was spotty and scheduled pick up fell through. I called Carbrain back and Elmer knocked it out, on a Saturday morning no less. Very timely responses throughout, very thorough and complete communications. It was also the best offer from the get go. Great job! Will only use CarBrain whenever needed in the future.

The offer they gave me was kind of low but they shopped my vehicle around to try to get a better offer but the offers were even lower. So I went with original offer. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend.
