Apr 17,2025Difficult to score as I cannot fault all the staff members I had contact with (about 6 in total). The amount quoted was the amount received on the day, so that was good. Unfortunately on the day of collection, the collection truck broke down. Obviously this can’t be helped but I wasn’t informed of what had happened & having waited in all morning, I had to call them to find out. It was rearranged for the next day, the driver that turned up was unable to collect as my car was too big for his truck. This is apparently a problem with the computer system not showing imported vehicles & therefore the driver didn’t know what he was picking up. This was annoying after the day before but it was sorted out & a couple of hours later another driver came & collected my car. This process was very easy & straightforward with very helpful friendly staff, just a shame that communication was lacking on first day & then first truck too small!
