Mar 12,2025I put in all my car details including known faults and was given a price and a collection time of between 08.00 - 12.00 hours. I booked the day off just in case this ran over. At 11.00 I got a call from the firm just checking details. I was told by the call handler he would check with the salvage manager and get back to me in 20 minutes. Call never came. Total waste of my day. I expected to be knocked down on the online price as even I thought it was to much but I was never given the chance. Unprofessional. A simple no we don't want your car or this is your price would've been useful as opposed to me losing eight hours of my holidays.

Managed to get an appointment for the following afternoon for my old car to be picked up. I spoke to Stephen on the morning of collection as couldn't find the V5. He was lovely and really helpful. Heliton, who collected my car was just as lovely. I really couldn't have asked for a better or more professional service. On top of that, they paid £70 more than any of the quotes I'd received from other companies. The money was deposited straight into my bank within the hour. I would 100% recommend.

Highly recommend after a previous company let me down 3 days running. Also quick to respond to email of a query with DVLA after collection A+
