Jul 30,2024Ordered a cover for Mercedes Benz, the cover has no driver side or passenger side mirror placement or any other detail for year make of car. Can’t determine which is the front or the back of cover. Cover fabric is light weight and short of coverage, mid length not covering tires completely. Carcover.com if your asking year make and model you should customize to the car. Instead I received a large cover with elastic around the bottom. I could have purchased this from Walmart ☹️ Not pleased

Jul 30,2024So far so good! Can’t speak for longevity but I ordered the 16-18 foot camper cover for my 17 foot travel trailer. Fits very well and straps down nice and tight. Also covers the tires. Tricky to install but what cover wouldn’t be.

Jul 30,2024Without a doubt, the worst on line buying experience ever. Cover did not fit vehicle and I called 3 or 4 times and emailed 3 or 4 times as per their instruct-ions explaining what my complaint was. I got one return email saying they were working on it..that's it...one Over a period of 10 days they never did anything to resolve it. My mistake, their mistake, who knows? I don't because they would not respond. Went so far as to open a complaint with my credit card co. to deny charge, but I am disabled and decided to drop it because I was so angry it was effecting my health. I guess they figure if they put someone on hold long enough, they will go away. Unfortunately in my case they were right and I am stuck with a $150 bag of rags.
