I was dealt with by Harris and he is a credit to the company, from start to finish the whole process took 30 mins and he was always right at the end of the phone whenever I rang. I cannot thank you enough Harris, all of the relevant information I needed was sent through to me within seconds and I believe you did everything you could to find the right finance deal for me. Mar 08,2025Spoke to a lovely lady called Clarissa, who was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She went above and beyond from start to finish from arranging the finance to collecting the vehicle. Even on collection Clarissa stayed in touch throughout the whole process to make sure i was happy with everything. Everything went as smooth as it could have done. There was a slight confusion with a admin fee (dealer side) I spoke with Clarissa to double check who reassured me that wasn’t that case and would call them right away to clear this up. It was sorted right there and then within 5min. Such a lovely bubbly personality, so polite and always joyful to speak with. If you see this Clarissa thank you so much for all your help. It honestly was a pleasure to have spoken with you. Thank you Patricia :)
