Communications from him throughout was above and beyond paperwork/guidance was given promptly. The whole process was seamless from start to finish so happy can’t wait to pick up my new car. Feb 15,2025At the start the service received was very poor, being young first time financers we were unsure of what we would need to do, received a call saying we had been approved ect and we could have a car worth a certain amount, after calling them back numerous of times and being told the same thing of they will call back after 3 days of not calling me back and me having to ask them for updates and getting no where we asked for another person to deal with our search and we were given someone called Dominic, he was a lot more helpful and willing to help us. After a week of getting no where within 4 days of having a new person we drove our new car home couldn’t thank Dominic enough

He made sure I understood everything and made the experience as hassle free as possible and when a couple of vans had already been sold went out of his way to find some pretty much the same and that were still available. Emile actually found me a better van with less mileage and for less money than the original one I had previously applied for. 5* and will 100% use again in the future
