It’s been a bumpy ride to get to the finish but tomorrow I take delivery of my new van, ready for a conversion project. The customer service has all been excellent but I have to particularly mention Felipe who is patient, professional, and really good at what he does 😊 and too polite to say it but probably glad to see the back of me!! Thank you 😊

They are so easy to use and speak to. You give them what budget you have or looking for and they search what is available at the best offers and term and if like myself had a car i wanted to purchase they do the ground work with the dealer/garage on your behalf. You are given an account manager all through from start to finish My account manager was called Emile who couldnot have done anymore to help me purchase the car constant contact with myself and dealer to ensure my questions were answered and delivery of my car was when arranged fantastic customer service and a credit to the company

I had a fantastic account officer, she went above and beyond despite my poor credit score she delivered as promised. I cannot be more grateful for the amazing deal I got via there service. It was an excellent and hitch-free experience and I would recommend carfinancerus anytime.
