Dec 13,2018Absolutely recommend Nash. He was able to get us an extremely nice car. Ive only had it a couple of days but so far so good. I also recieved an 18 month, 18,000 mile warranty. Including transmission, fuel pump, filter, basically anything that doesn't involve your regular ware and tare ( like tires, battery etc) . Nash also went above and beyond to help with my anxiety. I was getting a little anxious and without any hesitation he helped us through the whole proccess. Would deff recommend thus far.

Dec 10,2018I firmly believe this company and it's employees are dedicated to helping people with poor credit. The staff was wonderful and the terms of the loan are fair. My only reservation is that the vehicles do not come with spec sheets to tell you the details about the engine, transmission, etc.

Dec 09,2018Not very good I forgot my last ck stub but had several others told to come back next day with it and I could get truck . When I returned next day no truck even though I paid my down payment the day before . Manager told me was having a bad tire fixed ( lie) no new tires or even a tire replaced. Then 2 days after I paid down payment sales lady tells me the check engine light was a simple gas cap not on tight , the manager tells me it was a smog issue. ( more lies) in a bind and not wanting to be without car I take home and now the motor has knocking in it at stat up witch I find funny as every time I test drove truck it was already started and running so I couldn't hear the cold start up knocking now I'm screwed not wanting to miss work and I'm going to gave to take a day off to get truck checked out then take another day to take to carhop then who knows how long yo fix no transportation and payments due not very fare.

Dec 14,2018Well we decided to see if we could get a bigger car during our 7 day return option. Wow talk about being treated 100 percent diffrent. Phil was a compleat jerk tonight talked down to us like we were scum for bothering them and not being greatful . They offered to put us into an aveo from a trailblazer , fair comparison... Not And I mentioned the fact of the issues the tb had and he came back with a major attitude of well your not happy do let's just rewind the deal and part ways and it will be a week plus to get your downpayment back. When I told him I still have two days to make the decision his attitude got even worse and he spouted off "WELL IF YOU DONT LIKE IT NOW 2 DAYS WONT CHANGE IT" and pretty much demanded the keys. Then I said according to the contract we still have two days and it was " I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU" luckily I know he can't do a thing unless we don't pay our payments. It's amazing how diffrent they treat you after they have to man up to there agreement. Nothing but another Dan Nelson auto here. . Even by there own contract the exchange is for a similar vehicle, an aveo is no where close to a trailblazer. Honestly we though maybe the reviews were lies but they are not . Update the post below from car hop is a normal automated reply , I did speak to there district manager and basicly it's either the trailblazer or the aveo or nothing . There "warranty " is only on drive train and safety things like the abs are electric so they don't cover them . thank God I can fix my own cars but I feel bad for those who can't. There dm did apologize for the way the store manager treated us but have yet to hear it from the store manager and in all honesty I don't expect one and they kept saying how he called in favors to get us into the truck to begin with and that's why he was probably upset. I can't believe they think people fall for that crap in today's world.
