Nov 30,2018I love this company. They are so helpful. They really care and try to help their customers, even when warranty expires, they try everything to help you stay in your car and on the road. Love you car hop and thank you for being their for our family! UPDATE: SO MY VAR WAS IN THE SHOP OVER A MONTH. CARHOP ENDED SENDINGSENT ME TO ANOTHER SHOP. I PAID 475 CARHOP PAID THE REST. MY CAR STILL ISN'T FIXED COSTED ME 800 IN RENTAL CAR PAYMENTS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE IN TO A THIRD ROW WHEN MY PAYMENT GOT DOWN TO 4000 AND THEY ARE NOT HONORING THAT ANY LONGER SAYING IT NO LONGER APPLIES BECAUSE THEY DECIDED TO MAKE IT 3000 BUT BEFORE THAY WITH ALL THE ISSUES WITH THE CAR THEY KEPT SAYING SOON YOU CAN TRADE IT OUT JUST HANF IN THERE. THEN TO BOOT MY CAR STILL ISN'T FIXED AND THEY WANT ME TO LEAVE IT ANOTHER WEEK IN THE CAR SHOP. KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND FIRST SAID THEY CANT FIND THE PART BECAUSE IT ISN'T MADE. SAID THEY WOULD DEAL WITH FIRST SHOP THAT DIDN'T FIX EVERYTHING RIGHT THEN JUST KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE TRIED TALKING TO THEM TO NO AVAIL! IM SO FRUSTRATED. I GAVE A GOOD REVIEW AS THEY ASKED THEN THIS IS HOW I AM TREATED! RUN GO ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF THE FIGHTS HEADACHES AND FRUSTRATION. OH AND PS THE ORIGINAL MANAGER LEFT CALKED AND LEFT A TRILLION MESSAGES AND WENT TO LOCATION FIRST EXCUSE WAS THEY WERE COMING FROM MINNESOTA. BUT I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE A CALL BACK.

Nov 30,2018No reservation i called and came in the same day and they gave me all my options and let me test drive a few vehicles till i found the one i liked. They were very friendly guys as i am a shy person but they made mee feel comfortable buying from them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.
