Aug 24,2018The staff was especially friendly.. And the whole process was very easy.. I just think the payments are kinda high for a 2003 Vehicle.. And I'm already having issues with the car.. Barely had it a week.. Makes me feel uncomfortable knowing I'll be paying so much for a car that may not even last me the 3 years I'm paying for it..

Aug 23,2018AWESOME!! Great place to work with when you have challenges or issues with getting approved and financed for a newer car. I was able to get approved and get into a car of my own choice that I really liked. I had some recall issues with the car and they worked to setup my appointments and got my car into the dealership right away. I feel very confident in purchase and that thet will work with me if any future service issues concerns. Friendly people to work and Carl is amazing to work with.

Aug 23,2018Took 5 hours to get a ride. Sales people trying to help 6 customers at one time. The final price was not I was quoted. The car was dirty, and the car was just above the empty line.

Aug 23,2018The people and process of CARHOP was excellent although plan on spending some time in the facility, bring a snack, and definitely leave the kids at home. And when I decided the next day I wanted a different car, they didn't hesitate to offer me something else in exchange without hesitation. However, please test drive and test drive, take it on the freeway, open and close all the windows, doors, trunks..... After I purchased my vehicle, and was on my way home it was discovered that all 4 wheels were loose and shaking, ALOT. I had to take it in, taking a day off work. The lugnuts were not on tightly, some were on backwards, and some were not even the right size and this all could have ended tragically on the highway. Also, I discovered the back tailgate does not open, and now my garage reeks of gas so there must be a leak somewhere. All this at a very high price to me just because I have lousy credit. Would I do it again? Probably not.

Aug 23,2018They are nice when they want your money but When you take a car back from having it under 17 hours and it has problems. Engine oil all over,metal grinding, and you have witnesses to all of this and they accuse you of tampering with the car you paid hard earned money for and are very rude about giving your money back..it takes under 2 hours to get it after the money and credit check bit 7-10 business days to get it back? Older cars are over priced with high mileage. Easy to get financial clearance to finance. Now I see why. Unless you are desperate or have a good mechanic with you to check out the car more throughly I wouldn't recommend here at all
