One of the easiest rentals I’ve ever been involved in. Communication was simple. Nothing hidden. Will use again!

This was an amazing Cabin! The scenery was beautiful! We had an awesome stay plenty of room. We had trouble with the heat downstairs but the maintenance man was quickly sent to work on it. When we got ready to leave in the midst of all the chaos of getting the last picks and videos, my guest put her pillow and blanket down on the couch. We departed and half way home she realized she left her things. We called back because after looking through all the cars with no luck. We looked to see if the last video I took as I was walking out the door showed anything. The pictures showed the items on the couch along with the last video. My guest called and spoke to someone knowing that she had to pay to get her things back but didn't care. The items a handmade blanket Dallas Cowboys and a massage pillow. She was told that the housekeeper would be informed about the items. Well, she called a few days later and was told that another family came right after us. My guest asked so you didn't clean the house with COVID-19 pandemic the person responded yes I meant the housekeeper didn't find anything. The person stated that the housekeeper saw some items but thought they belonged to the house and that there isn't any way of knowing what belongs to the home. My guest replied that there is an inventory list and description of the home because the maintenance man had it. She also replied that anyone can take whatever they wanted from the house. I know that whoever got the blanket and pillow had a nice Christmas gift! Word to the wise check and double check wherever you vacation for your items because everyone isn't honest about returning things especially the people working for CCR. James

We came right after Thanking and stayed in Absolute Serenity, And it sure was! I cant boast on this cabin enough to express its beauty and comfort, the experience of the cabin and snow are unmatched to any vacation we had.

We drove from Florida and arrived there around 2pm and the cabin was already ready and they let us checked in early which was great!! They have an Excellent customer service, love the cabin !! It was a amazing experience!

We are rented in a property from Carolina Cabin Rentals in the Boone area, we were lucky enough to get 5-6 inches of snow on Christmas Eve, that created a series of problems to our cabin that left us with out running water for 2 days now. We’re a family of 8; contacted the owner of the cabin and the rental company “CCR” they’re trying to get a plumber for two days now. ALL of us are getting frustrated because of the vacation is turning out to be the vacation from HELL and the worth is that we rented for a week... we got together and poured salt on the driveway to be able to get the car out now we can’t get the car back up because ice and a neighbor is complaining because we can’t have the car in the entrance of the driveway. We’re not happy with the handling of our water problem; salt is needed to clear the ice in the driveway and CCR is taking too long to resolve our problem. We need to shower, flush toilets and ultimately the water bottles are helping to brush our teeth. I do not recommend the CCR. The problem is not the cabin the problem is the handling of the situation...

What a lovely big beautiful home! Had a wonderful Long weekend with the entire family. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath which was a huge plus! The view from the home was so pretty! Home had everything you needed as far as kitchen supplies etc. will definitely come back!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. We felt secluded, but very close to all the sites, attractions and restaurants. It wa so pleasant to be able to come home and so many activities available to enjoy... we LOVED the movie room! CCR was so easy to book with, and very efficient in supplying tips and necessary information. Ez checking in and out with no hassles of having to swing by an office.

Booked the house for a girls weekend. It was very beautiful very spacious, hot tub was great and the home theater was cozy. We had a great time. Would definitely book through them again.
