Dec 19,2019We loved the cabin. However, I did not like having to pay a security deposit MORE than the entire rental fee MONTHS in advance of our stay. Why is a security deposit needed so far in advance when a security deposit is to protect the property from damages DURING a stay?? And I waited WEEKS after checking out to have my $1000 security deposit returned. Although NC rental codes may allow this- it does not speak highly of a management co. appearing to use my money to earn interest for months prior to our stay. I will not rent through Carolina Cabin Rentals again.

Dec 19,2019The vacation of a lifetime. The cabin was as depicted on the website; beautiful and very clean. Everything we wanted and more. The first night they phoned and asked if everything was satisfactory. We did have an issue with the toaster the following morning. It worked but not at its best. Within two hours, a representative was at the door with a sincere apology and a brand new toaster. From booking to checking out, we could not have asked for better.

Dec 19,2019MY FAMILY AND MYSELF ENJOYED THE CABIN WE STAYED IN. IT WAS COZY AND JUST A PEACEFUL SETTING AWAY FROM NOSIE BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO TAKE A RIDE OVER TO BOONE FOR A DAY. WE LOOK FOWARD WITH BOOKING ANOTHER CABIN SOON.

Dec 19,2019We had a great stay at Dream Catcher! The house was very clean and neat. It was a bit cold while we were there, but the outdoor deck furniture looked so inviting, and I wanted to just enjoy the view sitting there. The indoors was very nicely done, and would definitely rent it again. Carolina Cabin Rentals made it very easy to rent, and access the home. They were great to work with, even handling a maintenance issue that came up during out stay. The staff was very friendly. Thank you.
