May 18,2022I just want to say thanks to Tom Snivley. We had our carpet installed almost 2 years ago. It started to bubble in a few areas. I called and spoke with Tom. Within a week or so I had a professional installation crew at my house to resolve the issue. Thanks Carpet Mart!!

Apr 06,2022One day I have no camping carpet ... less than a week later I have a camping carpet delivered directly to my front porch! The carpet was rolled and wrapped completely in protective plastic. I'm sure the "at the lake" theme will look terrific under the awning of our camper!

Apr 04,2022Beware! Read fine print. I found a Colonial Mills rug online at several other sites, but the price at Carpet & Tile Mart was better so I ordered it. No where did it ask for custom dimensions, so I didn't assume it was a custom order. My bad! It is considered custom order with this company (though not with the other four companies I saw that offered this same product) so now I cannot return this product and am out several hundred dollars. This is a bad business practice and I warn you all not to use this company or be aware of this. Buyer Beware!!!

Apr 04,2022Ordering Process was fairly easy. The only thing that I was bothered by is when I put an item in my cart, it did not reflect the sale price until I got to the checkout step. I almost decided to look elsewhere when that happened.

Mar 17,2022We recently purchased a dining room rug - DaVinci 96 silver. We love it so I ordered a runner in DaVinci 96 silver. It was not the same rug/color. We still like the look and feel of the runner but it is not what we ordered.
