Jun 30,2022Love the design and colors of this rug. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The main color is black with a cream white, tan and a hint of deep red; like a burgundy. To me, it looks elegant. I did buy a rug pad which gives it a plush feel.

But after that bump, all went very well! The manager Steve, was extremely professional and patient, and took care of the situation. I would definitely go to Lomax again!
