Oct 21,2022Before I ordered on line, customer service verified that the tile was in stock, ready to ship and would be on a cross-country delivery truck within a couple business days. The trucking co was great about providing regular email updates on the timing of the delivery. The tile was delivered into my garage 7 days after the order. Even better, the overall cost (including shipping) was less than buying from a local tile retailer. The experience really could not have been better.

Oct 14,2022Everything went well, it would have been nice to be told a little more than “processing” during the first week after the order. I’ve never used this company and I was unsure if I made the right choice. I tried to call the toll free number for more info and I was subjected to a barrage of additional sales of items I didn’t need. I never actually got through to someone that could tell me if my order was placed.

Sep 07,2022Terrible customer service. Placed an order in store, waited weeks for an answer on when the flooring would be in. Finally I called and they said it was ready. Pick it up, and it's the wrong color. I received 10% off my order and waited weeks for replacement. Again I had to call. The person I called said "wasn't your order delivered", why would I call if it was? Gave them 1 more chance to get more matching material. After waiting a month, I had to call again, I was told to call the distribution center, not my job. The next day suddenly my order is ready, but incomplete. Said they have 27 of 32 boxes. Take what was ready, and there are 31 of 32 boxes. Was told the other box will be there in 3 days. Three weeks later, I show up to the store. A new manager was taking over After 45 minutes of the entire staff checking the warehouse they find my last, box. It was the wrong color, same as the 1st time. Got refunded the last box and left to never return.
