Mar 30,2020Love the carpet but they refused to include the padding which always comes with the rugs. Even though they guarantee the price match, they took the padding away to make up for it. Will think twice before I buy from them again unless they send me the pad.

Mar 29,2020The rug we ordered and received was exactly what we wanted, delivered promptly and in apparently good condition. However, as days passed, it became clear the rug was defective, and needed to be replaced. The staff worked quickly to resolve our issue, and a new rug was received in short order. Emails and phone calls were pleasant, courteous, and professional. If the opportunity arises again we will be happy to deal with this company!
