Nov 28,2024I ordered my flooring this company 2 weeks ago and still not know when my flooring will be delivered. I had no communication from them and everytime I contact them through email because you cannot call them because it keeps cutting the line off by saying the mailbox is full. Everytime I email them, they reply by saying your flooring is ready to be shipped but nothing comes through. I fitted the laminate flooring throughout the house and that company delivered the items within 48 hours of ordering. This is the last time I'll be ordering from them. I would rather pay a little bit more elsewhere and get my flooring in time. Absolutely awful service

Nov 26,2024Placed an order for flooring. Waited 3-5 days as website states for delivery and not heard from them. Sent them an email asking for a delivery update, I was assured my order was still being processed 1 week later. The following day I receive another email saying the item is actually out of stock and would be back in stock within a few days to be sent out the end of the week and the delivery company will be in touch. Wait another week, still haven’t heard anything. I have emailed again and it turns out that my item ‘hasn’t been scanned’ they assure me it is top of the priority list and will be sent out again by the end of the week. ANOTHER week later. Still nothing. The only time I’ve heard from them is when I’ve reached out to them to get an update. 4 weeks later and still no sign of my order ? Should have read the reviews before ordering as many other people also have experienced the same

Nov 24,2024Slow on delivery. Carpet has a hole in where it’s been snagged at the back, I’ve had to cut a whole length away so now not enough to carpet the stairs. Another area snagged at the back and shows when carpet has been laid

Nov 23,2024I ordered my flooring 3 days ago, and have been trying to find out when you will deliver. I do NOT want to download another app, eg your tracking app Shop. The best you can tell me is a 3-day window next week, when I may well be out. This is not good enough - other suppliers give a specific day, and instructions for where to leave the goods if no-one at home: you don't.

Nov 23,2024Don't give out your e-mail to them as they are impossible to block. So far I have blocked 3 carpet warehouse related e-mail addresses sending me spam mail. Awful marketing strategy. Annoying customers with spam until we buy your carpet.

Nov 23,2024I ordered the carpet over a week ago and all my notifications state that it was going to be delivered between the 20th and 22nd and as it hadn't turned up by the 21st I decided to book a day off work and when I received the notification saying it would be here by the 22nd at the latest I arranged for carpet fitters to come on 23rd morning to lay the carpet and they decided on the 22nd to inform me that it will be delivered on the 25th which is no good to me as I have a weekend off once a month and work 5 12hr shifts the rest of the month. Total waste of my time and money. I will be cancelling now and buying from a more reputable and competent company
