Ordered a carpet - no problem The problem occurs when you want it to actually be delivered !, They send you a link with the " Your Orders on its way" "Track your order here: Order Tracking" But the link to the actual tracking doesn't work. No Problem I thought I ll give them a quick ring to see what's the problem. Only to be told that they don't have access to the tracking details, that comes from the company who deliver it, so they couldn't tell me when to expect it, he did say "It should be before Christmas" and that it will be on the delivery company's "Planning schedule" Ordered the carpet over a week ago and still no idea when it will arrive ! So chapter 2 Called again Wednesday to be told carpet is just leaving and will be with delivery company by Thursday morning so will definitely be hearing from the delivery company Thur and "it should be with you by Christmas" Guess what it's now 10.30pm Thurs and still no sign of the carpet or update from the delivery company Perhaps the Three Wise men might have better luck tracking it from the guiding star ! Perhaps
This is the 2nd time I have used Carpet Warehouse. There carpets are a really good quality and plenty of choice. The prices are really competitive when compared to others. The delivery is quick and the delivery guys are very friendly and helpful. I will use these guys again. Thank you
Ordered a new carpet with underlay plus grippers and tools to fit. It all turned up in good time and was all as I ordered. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again for all my carpeting needs.
Didn't deliver. All offered dates were 2 days in the past. When I tried to cancel because of this, I was charged £90 over half the order cost, for "delivery costs" which I had paid for. I was laughed at for being disabled. Reported to Trading Standards
Good product and good communication
Customer service very helpful. I love the carpet. The delivery company you use is absolutely shocking they dumped the carpet 5m x 4m to put into the house myself they were very rude and I can't believe i paid £19 for delivery and to expect a woman in her 50's who lives on her own to pick a carpet up of that size to put it into the house by herself I'm absolutely appalled by there behaviour

I ordered some vinyl on the 12th November, I still hadn’t received it 4 weeks later. The guys on the phone told me it’s out of stock and waiting, another week passed and was still out of stock, the time just kept on being extended when I was actually going to receive my order. I ended up cancelling as it seemed never ending. Chris was helpful, it’s just a shame that they accept orders when their stock has run out
Carpets were supposed to be delivered by the 11th its now the 15th and still no answers to where my carpets are
I placed an order on 20 November and was told delivery would be between 27 to 29 November. I would get a better time frame when it was ready to be delivered. I thought this was fantastic as I was wanting the carpet down before my new sofa arrived. It never arrived, carpet warehouse blamed SGK and SGK just didn't respond with any information. Infact i would go as far as saying Carpet Warehouse weren't bothered, they had the money and they could care less if you got your item or not. Absolutely zero customer service. "Thank you for your email again...."! Carpet Warehouse provided lip service hoping it would shut me up. I asked for a refund and nothing. SGK was eventually supposed to deliver my carpet Thursday 12 December but didn't bother. No explanation no telephone call no nothing. Just an update on the tracking info at 2250 saying not delivered will try Saturday. They finally delivered it today. I had to go and buy another carpet for my front room before my sofa arrived. So now I have a carpet in my hallway and nowhere to put it, because when i ordered from carpet warehouse in good faith, they failed to provide the services i requested in a timely manner and without issue! They took my money and ran. No better than cowboys! I don't know who was worse Carpet Warehouse or SGK either way. I will never use either again. I might as well have just thrown £500 quid out of my windows and told my neighbours to help themselves! Absolutely diabolical from start to finish!!!

Absolutely terrible , ordered a carpet 2 weeks ago, had a dispatch email, then 7 days later contacted them as not had any tracking off SKG, was told there had been an error and the carpet was never dispatched and assured me it would be collected next day, next day heard nothing, emailed again and was told it would be scanned in that day, still nothing, sent 2 emails today, no response, phoned them and you can't even speak to anyone just have to leave a message , absolutely appalling service, less than 1 star

The product is fantastic however the delivery cost and time is a lot to be desired over 3 weeks waiting for the flooring and had the cheek to charge £50 for the pleasure could have got next day for that sort of money I would recommend the product just get it from another supplier once I complained 4 times it was then sent out had it the day after my question was why it wasn't sent this way in the first place or it would have been but no one answer's the phone then reply to your message left by email not impressed with the customer service if I run my business like that I'd be bankrupt falls well short of where it needs to be this is the reason for such a bad review and I still have had no contact poor
Delivery promised by the 10th of December however it was not despatched till the 10th Now want to charge me for cancellation and cutting fee 17th December still waiting for delivery, but carrier says van broken down and delivery unlikely

While their prices may be affordable, the customer service is extremely poor, particularly from Chris, who demonstrated no professionalism or customer care. The delivery service was even worse, leaving a pregnant individual in a highly vulnerable situation. It’s worth paying a bit more to receive better service from a more reputable local business.
