Aug 24,2024Never again will I use this company. Placed order and was told it would arrive within 9 days. Heard nothing after 9 days, I had to contact them on several occasions. Their communication is a disgrace. I asked for a refund of my items as it could not be delivered until several days after when they stated and was told I would have to pay cutting fee plus £50, even though the problem was down to them. Items did eventually arrive and part of the order was wrong. I couldn’t be bothered to go through the hassle of sorting it out so went elsewhere to purchase what was incorrect. Well done if you are one of the lucky ones who received good service.

Aug 21,2024Ordered carpet from carpet warehouse, was given a delivery range within a few days for delivery two weeks later with advise that I’d be contacted one working day prior to delivery range to give a delivery window.. no contact before delivery range and no carpet delivered in the first two days of range so contacted them for advise and was told they didn’t know where the carpet was, didn’t know if the courier had it or not, really unhelpful and after three calls to get some information about the carpet I needed up cancelling the and will never buy from them again… absolutely useless
