Jul 26,2024I asked for some samples, it’s taken over 2 weeks and they still haven’t arrived. Staff were good at sending out a new set. However, not the best first impression of a company you may considering purchasing an order with.

Jul 25,2024I went to the Falkirk store but was unable to purchase the vinyl I wanted as the code wasn’t in the system. I was however able to purchase online but this cost me an extra £30 in delivery costs. This was disappointing but I had no option. Other than that the staff in store were friendly and helpful and my online order was processed and delivered in an acceptable and timely manner

Jul 25,2024Awful service from the carpetwarehouse Wisbech. On the 1st day the carpet had been cut the wrong size so i was told it couldnt be laided that day. Total waste of a day. I was told that the boss Darren would ring and sort thing out. No phone call that day and no call the next morning. I rang them in the end to be told I couldn't have my carpet I would have to have a new day and time to fit it. So I had to get very upset to get the carpet layed that day as I have family coming to stay at the wkend. All I had on my stairs was the underlay and carpet grippers which my daughter cut her foot on. The carpet eventually got layed only to fine that the lads laying it had totally destroyed all the new paintwork on my stairs banister. Then refused to take responsibility for it. They where very rude. Eventually I got to speak to the boss and told him I wanted compensation. He was very rude but did eventually refund me part of the money for the carpet. He also told his workers to f...k me off. Will never use this company again. Bunch of cowboys. So unprofessional it's unbelievable. Beware!!!!!

Jul 24,2024They say that someone will contact you to arrange delivery. This is false. They take your order and just tell you it will be sometime within a three day range. They failed to deliver a carpet on time as it wasn't put in the van. A new date was arranged for delivery and they failed that too. Still waiting on the third attempt

Jul 24,2024I ordered carpets and laminate on 30/6 promised delivery in 2-3 days it is now 23/7 despite over 20 emails I have been lied to fobbed off and I have had enough I have just escaped an abusive relationship and told the carpet warehouse and they said no problem I am sitting here crying as I have 4 children under 8 with nothing on the floor.
