Aug 01,2024Didn’t cancel a delivery on a confirmed cancelled order - left me £30 out of pocket due to their mistake. So far, no mention of reimbursement or gesture of goodwill Now they’ve somehow ordered 3x free carpet samples to my address without me actually ordering them.

Aug 01,2024Item ordered was received in a timely manner. Unfortunately the wrong colour was sent. Didn't want to waste any time and installed it anyway. Sent an email to their customer service and they responded with a somewhat insincere apology and directed to their terms and conditions saying there is nothing they can do once cut and installed. A small gesture of goodwill would have been nice, a voucher, money off next order, anything would've been better than fobbing me off with the T&Cs. Wasnt going to leave a negative review originally but the customer service response just rubbed me the wrong way. Can't recommend.

Jul 31,2024So, I bought 3 carpets from this company in a short period of time. One of the carpets they sold and delivered to me had a massive hole in it. Considering this was a big rolled up carpet and the hole was in the middle of the roll, I missed the 48 hour period which they give to report any issues! Disgusting 48 hours! Now these people take no responsibility for selling me a damaged carpet and stealing my money!! Disgusting company, would never recommend to anyone....

Jul 31,2024Vinyl arrived damaged with a big rip which was not noticed for a couple of weeks. The delivery men had put the damage side on the floor meaning we didn't see it until we came to open it. Which upon discovery we did not open. Hence the flooring is still in its complete packaging. The delivery was within 30 days which as stated by consumer act 2015 you are allowed a refund for damaged goods not fit for purpose. Contacted the company who informed be that any damage had to be reported within 48 hours stated by their terms. Firstly this was not explicitly stated at point of sale anywhere beofre checkout which misinforms and tricks customers and binds them in unfair and possible illegal terms and conditions. Secondly it breaks the consumer statutory rights outlined by the Act of 201 which states that companies should offer refunds for up to 30days and in some cases 6 months (see liability clause) They refuse to collect damaged vinyl and issue a refund. Very bad company don't buy from them. It's not worth the trouble. I'm now in dispute through trading standards. If anyone has a similar situation please report.

Jul 30,2024Ordered some Galacia Vinyl Flooring and I’m really disappointed. It’s poor quality, really thin and after a day of being laid, has a dent in from a dining chair. it’s SO overpriced, could’ve got a nice felt vinyl or even laminate for a similar price. The colour of the flooring looks a different shade to the image shown on the website - misleading. The delivery men just dumped it by my front door, could’ve helped get it into my house seeing as it weighed a ton. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use them again

Jul 29,2024I ordered two rolls of lino for my home, one for the kitchen and one for a bedroom, both were reasonably priced and look exactly like their picture, however, they took over two weeks to arrive from the date of order. I was sent an email saying that they would be delivered on the Sunday and they never came until the following Thursday, I was told they would be delivered between 3pm and 5pm and they weren't delivered until 10pm. Also when laying them, they rip really easily and when sitting furniture back down on top of them, for example our fridge, they rip with the weight of the furniture. Overall if you are looking for something cheap that looks okay to get the job done then I would recommend but if you are looking for something quick that isn't going to rip easily, I would go elsewhere.

Jul 27,2024Ordered my carpet nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Message the company multiple times they keep telling me it will be here soon. Finally got a message from the company delivering and their delivery spot. They offered me is eight till 10 pm stating that I have a newborn, and That wouldn’t work I’ve been told it would be taken into consideration and still have not heard anything else back about my carpet that’s delivering on top of that seems like a really inappropriate time to be delivering anything

Jul 27,2024Amazing service, spoke to a gentleman on the phone as my phone wouldn’t let me view the web site, i had a little chat to the man about what I was looking for and he kindly sent me photos via email until I seen the one I liked, he then worked out a price and also gave me a discount, the goods arrived just 2 days later, lovely experience shopping with this company, very kind, helpful and friendly. 💯 % recommend this company.
