Asked for money back which elicited response of delivery the w/c 13th January. Finally received carpet 14th January. Carpet and underlay good. Not happy with delayed delivery and platitudes

Jan 20,2025So after my awful review the other day, it's got worse. I can literally rip the lino like a piece of paper. It's been down for 3 days and I've just moved my washer..... Now there's a huge rip in the lino just from moving the washer. Never buy from this company! Luckily I found a local that sells for the half the price and much better quality.
