Jan 19,2025Ordered lino on 23rd December, got delivery on 16th December despite it saying 3 to 5 days on website. Also please be mindful as they charge 50 pounds for local collection if you need to return and cut 50% of price despite order being in original packaging. I find it ridiculous return policy ,no mention of it when you buy .I would not use again or recommend.

Jan 17,2025If I could give 0 stars i would absolutely never ever! Ordering from here again, the way I've been treated is horrific!!! So to start off when I placed my order I never got any communication until 3 weeks after my order i sent emails tried to phone which is pointless because the number just rings then goes to answer phone trust me you will never get through, once I finally got through it was just an absolute goose chase emailing back and forth not getting anywhere asking where my order is, when will it be here i even had 1 reply from them questioning my order why I had ordered certain things, I then got part of my order cancelled as they said it was out of stock and then I requested for further information to take it higher as it was the worst experience ever and has really made me badly they messaged off Subject just apologising all the time but no results when I finally received my order they delivered it and placed it in the garden when they easily could of brought it to the house and threw it in dog mess honestly I couldn't believe it i had to clean it then hurt my back bringing through the door I've never in my life experienced anything like it to top it off i continued to get emails saying hope your enjoying your new floor weeks before I even got it absolutely horrific I don't want anyone to go through what I have

Jan 15,2025My order item is not what I expected, I ordered the Athena Cushioned Vinyl Flooring, Dark Oak. I took a liking because it was brown with a hint of grey, but instead, I was provided a full on grey. Added to that, I had to sent multiple e-mails to request for the delivery date and updates of this item, before having to receive it. In the end, it was just disappointing. To new customer, don’t buy from this company. My experience with them is just downright bad. (It would be helpful if this site allows images to be shared) 😒

Jan 13,2025The company did not even attempt to deliver the product, claiming no one answered their phone call prior to delivery, although the delivery slot had been confirmed online using their portal as requested. They then wanted an extra £20 for re-delivery, which I refused since they did not attempt to deliver (and they had admitted to this) and therefore, I was not at fault for the delivery failure. When I requested a refund instead, they said they could only give me a 50% refund. The company is a scam. Their delivery system is extremely flawed. There is no phone number to call and Keighan, who I communicated with via email, takes days to respond.

Jan 13,2025This company sent me the wrong colour flooring and refused to give me a refund or change it for the right colour even though it was all still in the wrapper. I ordered the light beige But they sent me dark grey, which was way too dark. It had black lines in it.
