The member of staff was named Luke Rand, he was super professional and helpful and gave me so much help and assistance with the whole process. He got me a great deal on car finance and helped me choose the right car. The whole experience start to finish was so easy thanks to Luke. I recommend carplus to anyone needing help and guidance to getting finance.

I was partnered with Steven Burns and this man went above and beyond, not only did he explain everything to me in perfect detail, he kept me up to date with everything as soon as things happened, he went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted and made sure I got it, he even went as far as making a few calls to find out why certain things wouldn’t work and got them manually overrided for me! He truly was amazing and has left us some very happy customers! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much Steven if you see this, my husband has had a great birthday thanks to you and all your help!!

One only improvement is that once you show interest the dealer takes down the link to your chosen vehicle and you then don't have any vehicle details until you collect the car,,be good to get email of the car reg. etc so you can sort insurance etc.. 👍

Apr 23,2024Applied for a quote through these guys. Got a text to say approved. I decided I didn't need the finance. They've since called me FIFTEEN TIMES after I told them I was no longer interested. I've had to block the number. I'm sure they're a very decent company but this is insane.

Apr 19,2024Carplus have been brilliant with the handling of getting me a car ...finance company Moneyway have been dreadful got the loan got the car was all very good when I had car issues after 5 months Moneyway just gave false information then stopped taking calls email is it to much to ask for straight answer ....plus side is carplus did answer every call and email and draya was very straightforward and nice all I'm asking for ...Moneyway don't deal with they are awful

I have to give a special mention to Steven Burns, the dedicated individual, who goes above and beyond to dealing with approving my finance; eventually finding me the right car from some of the most professional dealerships you will witness. He made sure that my car was the right car, almost as if he’s dealing with his own car, I can’t emphasise the work Steven and the team at Carplus do to ensure you are satisfied at the very highest order, and I can certainly testify to that.
