Emile soon put me at ease and explained the process, there was no hard sell and it was clear he cared about making sure that it was right for me and not just the sale. Apr 05,2024Having wasted a week using another car finance company who were taking a silly amount of time, I went online to enquire about finding another company and within moments I had a call from Emile. He understood straight away what I needed and reassured me he would deal with my financing quickly - which he did, and then some! I don’t know what the rest of the company is like but Emile made an extra effort to sort out my finance and he did so within just a day with efficiency, warmth personality and reassurance. I just wish I had called Emile at Carplus first instead of the other company.

After having a couple of disappointing experiences with other brokers, i found Carplus. Emile took the time he needed to calmy and professionally explain what i needed to do, no hard sell, just honest advice, i knew Emile was genuine. Mar 28,2024Bought a car back in 2022, log book was posted to carplus do to request made to dealership. Coming up 2 years on and still battling to get log book. Sulaiman is being no help and constantly stressed over this.
