Mar 16,2024Applied for finance and was give FULL ACCEPTANCE, was advised to choose a car which we did sent the information over only to then be told your application has been declined!! Wasted 1.5 days looking and 200 miles worth of fuel. Sales advisor and the company need to be more transparent and not give false misleading information. Complaint team had no interest in reimbursing me for my loses. Really poor service!

Mar 15,2024Can not be happier with the help from Steven Burns from Carplus. He went above and beyond to help me get a new car and to trade in my old one. At first I thought I had no hope of trading my car in early on finance but Steven done this for me with all his hard work for 2 weeks going back and too with the finance company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Emile Hadian, the staff member who spoke with me on the phone and arranged for the sale of my car was fab! They sent me different pictures of cars, discussed my budget, talked about insurances etc. really helpful and made what could have been a stressful purchase, very relaxed and easy to do. Emile Hadian is a real credit to the company and made my experience with Carplus excellent. I will 100% recommend car plus to family and friends who want to purchase a car in the future :)
