Apr 15,2024Having never used finance company before I was a bit dubious, however I needn't have worried. Carplus have been fantastic from initial contact to getting my car. Everything was so easy and straight forward and I was kept up to date with emails and calls. Special mention to Cengiz who looked after me from start to finish, and was in hand to answer my many questions. Highly recommend. Thanks again

Apr 15,2024I am SICK of these people calling my mobile number looking for Kimberley Smith. I have told them several times that it’s not me and to delete my number, yet I am still receiving calls & texts from them. It’s nothing less than harassment. I left my previous phone provider just 2 weeks ago as I was sick of calls from people from (mostly) Nigeria amongst other places now this. If they carry on with these calls & texts, I will be taking further action against them for keeping my number without consent. **Update 10 May 2024 CarPlus are claiming I have made a mistake in my review and this was not actually them. But I have just received yet another text message from them (not from a phone number, but from Carplus - so no mistake on my part) saying this… Hi Kimberley Check Your Updated Car Finance Offer on carplus.co.uk /deals. Nothing to Pay Until July 2024. Optout: Text Q8JQ6STOP to 60777 I didn’t opt in and have asked them (when they called) to remove my phone number as I am not Kimberly and have not requested anything from them. They have failed to do so, so I am now going to take this further.

Apr 15,2024Steven at car plus from start to finish has been amazing sorted all back ground checks for the car he actually found for me even when we noticed something was up with car he was straight onto the dealership to sort this issue out for me great customer service on hand all the time for you even 6 days a week cant thank you enough its been so relaxed and easy for me through the whole process. Defo need to give these guys a look just call them if your looking for finance and a car .

Apr 14,2024Words cannot describe how happy I am that Emile was able to get me the perfect car he went above, and beyond to make sure that it was perfect for me and to fit in with my budget,speaking to him was like I’ve known him all my life so lovely and he’s got a very good sense of humour I am very grateful for him because I got the perfect car even though I’ve never tried coloured cars he was very convincing that I will grow to love it and since driving it I can say I love it 1 million times. Apr 14,2024Well what can i say Emile is a calm cool and collected.person ,made me feel great and calm even when j was thinking abojt things twice and over thinking issues ,he was amazing his man management skills for customers and liason betwèn the dealership was outstandin ,this guy is a cediit to the company, he made me feel great about the deal, he made me want to come back at any stage for a part exchange or a new car i will become a loyal customer this is how good he made me feel,what an exceptional company with an exceptional staff member in Emile

Apr 19,2024They didn't oversell. When my circumstances changed, I asked them to wait 6 weeks. They did. No contact. And then did what they do very well. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
