After an initial few chats...she correctly decided the best option was to call me to expedite the issue. I have to say she was so prompt, helpful and professional as she deals with my issue. Excellent phone manner, kind, courteous. She phoned me the next day to update me on her investigation-again very professional and helpful. A very competent and capable employee of Cartell who are fortunate to have this lady working for them.

Mar 02,2021Many friends and family members have avoided buying lemons from dealers/cowboys because of this amazing service. I can't stress enough how important it is to get a vehicle history check. You just don't know who you can trust now days so before you hand over all your hard earned savings for a flagged stolen or damaged vehicle make sure to get a full vehicle history report.
