I got free spins on the awful game Kung Fu Rooster. At least I've never had luck on it. But on Nov 3 I noticed the free spins were being deducted from my balance and still had 32 spins to go. Contacted support but got busy at work and didn't see what they had said. Nov. 4th I asked support about the issue and he told me I had finished my 50 free spins. I didn't have enuf tome for support to respond due to break over. On the 4th I contacted support to see what the verdict was on my inquiry the day before. He told me I spun all my free spins. I hadn't, I'm for sure about that, but didn't press the matter very much. This is where i felt like he (Paul, I think) thought I was lying or trying to get over on him or something. He was very adamant per his computer, that I had spun all 50 of the free spins. I just told him I'm done playing there and found another platform to try. On the 5th I claimed the 50 free spins again I had deposited since my last attempt at free spins. Anyway 3 spins in I look and my balance was being deducted from each spin. I contacted support and after quote a long wait support came back and asked for about 8 different things from me. I told her it's not worth it. Also told her that if this is how support handles customers then I am done with the platform and sister sites. I realize that their are probably countless people trying to scam you for freebies. If I was doing that I would think I'd choose a higher bet amount instead of 0.10/spin. Moreover, I would absolutely choose a more enjoyable slot. I haven't been back to the site. Some kind of glitch or something is going on. But as usual, the customer is an idiot and trying to con the business. It's terrible that this is how you train your support.
