Sep 26,2024On September 23th I tried to withdrawI $150 I won. After meeting the requirements using the daily free spins that they offer. After 3 months of playing on the casino. Which they claimed I was not eligible to receive my winnings because I had multiple accounts. Now in the terms and conditions it says and I quote "Where multiple participation is permitted, the Casino or its authorized agent reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated." That being said I could see them refusing to pay the second time I won on a different account than the first account that I tried to withdraw my winnings from. But due to the fact that they refuse the first winnings. It is my opinion that they will do anything not to pay hard earned winnings. And I wouldn't deposit with them. Sep 26,2024I don’t understand how trustpilot has let so many fake review in their site. I get daily emails about free spins. I mean every day come play free spins. It’s very low limit with a high play through before you can withdraw. I usually don’t play them. One day I did I actually did had $90 in my account and screen shots and recordings of it. I had chats with customer service reps also recorded. They told me to submit a withdraw. I did the canceled it. Then told me to verify. I did all the steps with a high resolution camera on my phone. I waited to 2 days to be “verified” which never happened. Then another chat session with them where they instructed me to be patient. I asked because I read the fine print that stated after 3 days they remove the funds. The rep says they do not remove and are incapable of removing them if my verification is pending. I said ok. I look today and funds gone and my account tab for me is “under maintenance” but not for my friend down the street. I proceed to the same place to have a chat and cannot get past the automated bot. I proceed to email a simple question. Could you look into my verification and the funds that were in my account. I got an email back short and sweet.” Brian after review it seems you’ve played through your funds. Thanks for understanding.” Not a single mention to how I played them or anything. I am 100% sure I had $90 in my account with a max withdrawal of $50. They will not even pay you out $50 for daily emails to come to their site deposit and play. They have multiple reviews on here that are different but all basically say the same lies! “Fastest payout, best crypto, blah blah. They are a scam. They are deceptive. They will not be trustworthy. They are fast to take your money and pay it out. Don’t be fooled. I got lucky and only wasted my time this day but it could of been very pricey lesson learned. I have pictures that I will post on other review sites of chats , funds, play through completed, and then the final email. Update: Since this casino wants to continue to LIE!!!! I also have screen recordings of conversations with customer service reps that state I fulfilled all requirements and I was ready for withdrawal. Why in the heck would I play more?? This place is a scam!!! Just read their multiple fake reviews! I have submitted complaints to trustpilot to go through this pages reviews because it’s loaded with fake 5 star reviews!! Just read them the are all the same! “Fastest and best crypto casino”, or “best selection” it’s all them writing thier own reviews! Try and find someone who actually wrote one of those reviews and you will see it leads to no one! I am a real person who really played and completed the step!! I read the fine print and followed all rules. This place wants to say I played unallowed games and I just look at what they say I did. It doesn’t make sense at all too. Why would I spin the only money I could cash out when there was no chance of winning more?? Why would I play in allowed games? Oct 01,2024Well I'll be honest...I spent part of last week arguing with customer service because they wouldn't payout the 175$ I'd won after depositing 96$ and using a bonus. Well the bonus really was bunk and if I have any suggestions it's get rid of those deceptive bonus's, just the ones which require deposit. Or make it more clear. Anyways, I said every curse word I knew an threatened with class action, that's how upset I was. When finally calmed down I read over t&c again, seen I was wrong and felt stupid.
