Oct 20,2024I was awarded 50 free spins for verifying my number which this happened a few times the website kept freezing in the middle of my free spins. So I cancelled the promotion because it wouldn't automatically take me back to where I was in my game. Then it just took away the free spins all together as well as withdrew what I had won. I contacted support and was basically told F YOU THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. And then shut down the chat. I wish I could post the screenshots I took because this is ridiculous.

Oct 20,2024So I ended up winning after 50 free spin no deposit bonus I went to cash out and it's saying not allowed and for me to complete the verification form. I did that and now it's saying 3-5 days I thought this was the instant withdrawal kings and it's not even letting me withdraw via bitcoin I can't get a hold no real customer service representative besides through an online chat. I've emailed customer support and they completely contradicted themselves by telling me that I can withdraw through bitcoin but if i already submitted my documents that it could take days how is this even right ? I had a multiplier 2000+ point you know and then all of a sudden the phone freezes and then I can’t get back on. It won’t let me go back on. They told me to change my password I did that and it still wouldn’t let me go and I keep knocking me off so I wouldn’t play that casino. If I was anyone it ain’t worth it all it seem like they’re robbing you I wouldn’t even go to it. It ain’t worth it the worst Casino ever played

After my verification was processed, it was noticed upon review review I broke casinos rules and all my winnings were voided going from 8200 to a whopping zero. This casino is a scam and any good reviews are made by people who own or work for owners. Lousy cheating scam.

Here is a true story that has happened several times to me - tonight bummin out because just paid mortgage and bills and broke. Logged into Extreme to find $30 bonus money with $900 play through. Put it on my fav slot and auto spin and two hours later u had $150 cashable, it must have been a monthly cash back promo that you was unaware of because I figured I could only cash $50 from it like other no deposit bonuses, I was wrong, when I went to cash the $50 they rejected it ( thank you for your honestly Casino Extreme!), and instructed me to cash my full balance. 15 minutes later I had $150 cash in my crypto account and money for all the things I would of had to wait a week for. Thank you Extreme! You guys ROCK. It’s been 5 years at least and this casino has helped me in this way at least 25 times. Ignore the bad reviews, this is a LEGIT establishment who stands behind their word and has helped me out of several pickles. Oct 10,2024Im going through a bad experience because these people kept my winnings and closed my account. Reason being the name on the account and my id dont match 100% . First, my deposit was made via crypto (ltc) because. Supposedly if you deposit in crypto you dont need verif. NOT TRUE. Ok so im editing my personal info and some parts are grayed out. It says to contact support if you need edit grayed out and theyll do it for you. NOT TRUE. I reqiested edit and got denied. So when it came time to withdrawal it got denied, closed the account and kept my chips. I know CE is legit but sometimes theyre will be that 1 person that will manipulate the rules to screw someone over. I hope somebody from CE w some say so sees this and understands where im coming from. I would really like to fix this and make it right so we can continue doing biz. I liked the games and stuff, but they say if you deposit crypto no verification required - false- $100 NDB with a $2,000 wager requirement and when you actually meet that they make up a bogus excuse for closing your account. Mine was that the information I gave wasn’t my own! Instant payouts?!? They held my deposit and extra 4 days while they came up with excuse and refunded my crypto back…..
