Aug 19,2024I made a bitcoin deposit and I am not able to reach anyone on Live chat. There is only a robot!! No one will respond to my emails and I am not able to login to my account! It seems like I have been scammed out of my bitcoin. I am hoping that they will at least send my bitcoin back to me. I have not gotten my money back. No on has contacted me about returning my deposit to me. I got one email from banking department stating that my account balance was zero and there was no reason for me to verify my identity. And another email from support stating that the banking department would be contacting me about my deposit...Nothing else!! Still waiting. 8/19/24. I have giving casino extreme all the info that has been asked of me..... 8/20/24 I have sent an email with the bitcoin address I need my bitcoin deposit sent back to. I had more than one account by accident. And I will not be continuing to play at extreme and will update this review as soon as I get my deposit back. Thanks George for your response. Update: now I have received three emails. One says to provide a litecoin address because they can't send my bitcoin back. The next one says to provide the bitcoin address that I sent the bitcoin to, and the latest email says the deposit has been processed and that I can login and play!! All from different people. I don't know what is going on. This is very frustrating.

Aug 02,2024Do NOT play this site. Nothing about the payout process is instant. They force you to wait and go through multiple steps. Indeed, I complied with all their requests only to be told they are reviewing my payout request due to my “violations of the terms and conditions.” Apparently, I played blackjack after meeting my wager requirement for a deposit bonus, which they deemed a violation. Still waiting for them to make a decision to release my winnings, but it is clear they are looking for any reason to withhold my winnings and cheat me out of 4k. Of course, this is only after they accepted thousands from me in deposits. Total scam and no recourse for US based players. Total BS. Don’t do it.
