Dec 23,2023Was skeptical reading reviews and wondering if I should invest the 10 dollars to withdraw from my free chip winnings and just like the reviews had said.... damn near instant payout after transactions confirmed on the blockchain. Had all this anxiety and suspicion for nothing and should've trusted the reviews. They got 5 stars for a good reason.

Dec 22,2023Don’t bother - their bonus restrictions are confusing and then they use them to void your winnings so they don’t have to pay out anything except *maybe* one of your initial deposits. They advertise that you can deposit and withdraw in a number of ways, but once you start using the site, it turns out you have to use crypto. The ONLY way you can be paid is via Bitcoin or Litecoin. (Which is not “instant”-you have to request via customer service so they can audit your request, even though their system is supposed to automatically restrict fund usage to appropriate games, so they can then void your wins.) All of their “free spins” offers are false as well - they say things like “all you have to do is login” with NO FINE PRINT or other terms and conditions, and only after you spend 30 minutes going through it with customer service (if they respond) do you learn they don’t release any of your rewards until your balance is under $1. Fraudulent misrepresentation is their business model. UPDATE: I discovered that they FALSIFIED the terms of a bonus so that they could void my winnings. They sent me an email with the terms of a bonus claiming they voided my funds for playing excluded games. I found the actual terms, and found that they CHANGED the “allowed games” section from what is actually listed on the site (“non-progressive slots, keno & video poker”) to “non-progressive slots only” in their justification, so that they could void my funds on the basis that I played video poker - a game allowed under the genuine terms. This is outright fraud.

Dec 19,2023I completed my bonus requirements, my account was reset from 400 to 250 which was the max winnings on my 50$ deposit. I then try to withdraw the $250 and was told I have a bonus of $121 in my account, even though it said real balance was $250. I just go to withdraw 125 then, but thats also denied. This place will not let you withdraw, it sounds good with the bonus etc., but they are just thieves that let you play and lose with more money. Also, their customer service for online chat just leaves before addressing your concerns. I was really disappointed, the site looked good, the reviews were great. I signed up with username ducker1.I'm interested in what you could say. You came on here like you can defend your actions, but you give no response, I told you my username, now what?

Anybody saying any different is a bozo literally won 8k on this game playing a 6 dollar bet and then they tell me oh well you have to wager a certain amount then the balance disappears and leaves me with 40 dollars and the maximum cash out and limit is 50 dollars don’t give these folks a dime! UPDATE: what casino lets you play with free play and you actually win and then the minimum withdraw is $50 I stick to my statement this casino is a scam!! It’s might funny how when your playing with free play everything goes but when your playing with real money nothing goes as I said stay away from this casino it is a scam! Dec 12,2023I need to address the people who have left one star reviews. People claiming that the 5 star reviews are fake. I am a real person, and I have been playing at this casino for years now. I have always received EVERY withdrawal I have EVER requested WITHIN AN HOUR OF WITHDRAWAL. It's usually half that amount of time. Personally, I don't really use the coupons when I deposit. Sometimes I do, but mostly not. You are unrestricted with straight cash. I do appreciate their bonus/cash back feature. In fact, I played both Brango, and Extreme today on bonus money. Cashed out 100 at Brango, and 50 at Extreme (those numbers are both the max cash outs for the bonuses I received). There have been times when I have lost money and wanted to blame the casino. Then I remember that I deposited the money, they credited me, I played, AND I LOST. There is risk involved. One of the first couple lines in the terms and conditions is "you can lose money playing at this casino". I'm paraphrasing, but that's pretty much what it says. This casino is the absolute best of any casino out there. For the mere fact that I can make a deposit (I use crypto personally), win, and be done with everything inside an hour. Granted, I play a lot longer than that. But that's the reality. They truly are THE INSTANT WITHDRAWAL KINGS.
