i had to unexpectedly get a new device. when i logged into my extreme account from it for the first time, there were some issues, but nothing major, so i thought nothing of it. i made a deposit and later won from the spins that came from my deposit bonus. when i tried to redeem, the system prompted me to verify my identity. i had already done this and made deposits and withdrawals, so i investigated a bit and realized it seemed i had accidentally made a new account with another username tha i commonly use for things. i know multiple accounts are not allowed , soi immediately contacted live support and they gave me the email address to the department i needed to speak with. i explained to them in detail what had happened from both email addresses from each account. to the new account they told me it had to verify my identity to withdraw. not at all what i emailed them about. to the old account they told me they had discovered that i had multiple accounts and that they both had been disabled. multiple accounts? ya think? that's why i sought assistance to start with. and really? they disabled 2 paying accounts over a mistake that i was trying to remedy immediately after i realized it. if it wanted to cheat them, i would have just created accounts for the free welcome chip, not to deposit my money to. as far as i am concerned, since i did spend money there, i need refunded, or at the very least, given my original account back with the remainder of the free spins that came with the deposit i made. because of an honest mistake, they get to take away what i paid for? i have emailed them from both accounts again but haven't received a reply. i understand the rules,but it was a mistake that i tried to resolve. and given there isn't a motive to create a new account for gain, they could be a lot more understanding to that i got screwed by poor customer service.

While bonuses are definitely decent, and cashing out fast, if you aren't familiar and ask an agent about your limits with having received a bonus.... They will outright lie so you don't continue to play if you have done well.
