Dec 04,2023Made my first deposit of 100$ and done well. Got up to 250$ so I wanted to see how fast instant was. Withdrawal 100and send. Played the remaining down to 101$ and went to bed still no withdrawal. Wake up in the am to a email declining my withdrawa due to me not confirming the withdrawal email sent to me in a timely manor. yet I remained with a 101$ balance. Where did the funds go that was takin from my account . I sent some emails back got hee hawed around a bit and played some more. Won enough to cash out 150$. Received 150$ but still no sign of the original 100$ taken for the first withdrawal. After a continuous effort to get someone to do the right thing . They refuse to admit they r wrong . Each representative tells me a diff story. It’s lies after lies. I spend thousands on internet entertainment. 100$ cost them 10,000$ in a long run. The choice is clear. This site is devious and the reps are liars. This isn’t over by a long shot. They have a good variety of games and a decent ROI on their games. The games are played fairly you won’t get cheated by an algorithm. The main reason this is the main place I play is how quickly they pay you, there is no waiting for days or weeks to get paid or worse yet never getting paid like some sites. Casino extreme pays out for winnings on crypto deposits on average in less then 10 minutes I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer then 20. I have had a few issues but without fail the customer service has answered every one they even let me slide a couple times when I accidentally broke a rule playing on a bonus and still paid me when they wouldn’t have had to. Nov 29,2023Made my 1st account almost 4-5 months ago when they refused to pay the $6,000 I won saying i used some coupon which i didn't because I didn't want the playthrough but they still deactivated me after bringing it up and making my original post here on trust pilot about how they rip people off so yeah I went ahead and thought hey give them a second chance and yes I did make another account a week ago only because I couldn't log in to 1st one because you deactivated it! I won almost $200 & tried to cash out on this account too and funny but now this account is also deactivated. Your reasoning is multiple accounts which is ironic because I wouldn't have had to make another account if you didn't shut down my last one because your feelings got hurt someone stood up to you and called you Cheap and dirty. ill get this one every website I possibly can cuz ya'll need shut down.

They stand by their word in terms of fast payments. I'll admit, since my winnings were from a bonus, I figured there would be something one way or another that would either keep me from successfully withdrawing or at least cause an issue beforehand, there was no issues at all.
