Apr 04,2024My wife bought me the three bottle subscription but all three of them were scotch whiskies. That seems like a huge lack of variety but also, scotch is the only whisky style I don’t like. I reached out after the second bottle and was told they couldn’t specify what comes next. When the third scotch came I contacted them and they were able to send me something else which was really good and paid for return shipping on the scotch. Seems like they should ensure everyone gets a variety of styles and not just leave it to chance. I should have spoken up before opening the second bottle but I was trying to be adventurous. Spent a lot of money to only have one enjoyable bottle of whisky.

Feb 11,2023Still no delivery date for whisky ordered at the York Whiskey Festival at the end of Nov 2022. It's now nearly 2.5 months later. Diabolical - bad communication, lame excuses only provided when you chase them. Lesson learned.
