Dec 09,2022Used C&C for a level 3 survey on an old Victorian house in London and couldn’t been happier. They reviewed the whole house extremely thoroughly! Have seen other surveys being done with a lot less detail and also for a much higher price. 100% would use them again and recommend.

Dec 09,2022This is the second time I've used C&C and on both occasions they have been excellent. We had a level 3 survey done on both occasions and each time the reports were thorough; they looked at everything inside and out. To give you an understanding, they even zoomed in on some moss growing on the roof. As I booked it close to Christmas, I was expecting there to be limited availability but it was done on the 5th December and the report was emailed on the 7th in the early afternoon. I was really impressed by their service.
