Janet and Natalie were really helpful and the booking team arranged the survey to be carried out after 2 working days. The RICS Level 2 Home Buyers report was sent to us after 5 days, very detailed! Overall great experience, definitely recommend.

Oct 17,2022Zaynah was exceptional in responding to my requests. I was promised a 5 working day turnaround time. The 1st survey came back with 3 working days and the 2nd survey was done in 2 working days. Overall excellent service. One area of improvement - May wish to use a drone to inspect the roof rather than using binoculars.
