It was disconcerting to have the property described as three-bedroomed top-floor, when it was actually two-bedroomed third-floor of a four-floor building. I had to check that the right flat had been surveyed! Please spell my surname correctly too! The devil is often in the detail...

Nov 19,2022Not sure if i would recommend however got my survey 6 days after it was done which was frustrating. Also when i originally paid for it i was under the impression i would get a valuation too however that was not the case. Either way done the job but would not use again in future. Recieved a call from a lady being very rude asking why i left this feedback. Also stating the turnaround is very quick when i get told it would be 2 days maximum however she was arguing with me stating i was in the wrong and it always takes 7 days. So after this i have changed the review to 1 star for her attitude.

Nov 15,2022Excellent communication and service provided by both Natalie, Emma and Tina. Great comprehensive building survey provided with a quick turn over time. I also opted for a valuation report too but in hindsight it was something which I could have found out doing my own research as the report didn’t provide anything extra. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Nov 28,2022It was truly a great experience with C&C Surveying company. I received prompt reply of an unbeatable offer on a RICS Level 3 building survey. The appointment of inspection was arranged within a week after the confirmation of using their service. A full detail report with photos was received within few days after the inspection. Also the further enquiries about the report were taken care of in timely manner. Overall, C&C Surveying gave me a genuine professional and customer oriented service.
