Jun 19,2022Overall the process was smooth and quick, I got my report within 2 days of the property visit. I’ve taken a star off due to the report itself, I think it could be more user-friendly. There we’re some vague phrases such as: “fridge unstable” etc. which I had to clarify. They were always responsive though.

Deadline for report was 5 working days howvere we recieved this after 2. A detailed report and and a very easy comfortable process. Would recommend using these guys if your going through a stressful house purchase :-)

The booking was straightforward and handled professionally by the booking team, who arranged for the survey to take place within 10 working days. The surveyor, Adam Belsey, produced a very detailed, concise and clear report which was easy to follow and understand. The addition of numerous photographs helped contextualise the information. I’d recommend C&C Surveying, and would be happy to use them again.
