Our survey was booked and completed very swiftly and then the survey was given back to us within the stated time frame. I’d definitely recommend C & C for your home survey.

Apr 02,2022Quick, helpful, and accurate about their timing estimates (in fact, surpassing them). I rang them to find out lead times on their surveys in my area and they gave me a rapid, clear answer, which was also, as it turned out, correct. They promised a 5 working day turnaround for the report but delivered it 24 hours after doing the survey. Good experience for a first-time buyer such as myself, and clearly and reasonably priced.

I am yet to receive my report, it’s now 3 days after the date they were aiming to send my report by without any correspondence yet they can send emails about reviews. So my experience so far is missed dates and lack of communication.

The results from the survey was available in less than a week. I was pleased with the level of detail it contained for a level 2 survey. I will highly recommend this company. Mar 10,2022Absolute professionals from the very beginning! I required a property survey to be carried out recently. I was provided with complete information prior to instructing the survey from C&C The team are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. -On the day of the survey the surveyor provided a courtesy call which was very much appreciated and arrived promptly and on time. -The Surveyor was professional, polite, very considerate and even wore foot coverings before entering the property, treating my home with upmost respect. -The surveyor also provided her details on a business card with a contact number, again this attention to detail was much appreciated. -The surveyor took her time inspecting the property and answered any questions. Subsequently a report was provided again very clearly detailed with all the information and very precisely outlined and the whole process from start to finish was carried out with so much ease and the highest professionalism. Given my excellent experience, I would strongly recommend C&C Surveying I cannot stress enough how professional and helpful they have been.
