Absolute professionals from the very beginning! I required a property survey to be carried out recently. I was provided with complete information prior to instructing the survey from C&C The team are very friendly and always ready to answer any questions. -On the day of the survey the surveyor provided a courtesy call which was very much appreciated and arrived promptly and on time. -The Surveyor was professional, polite, very considerate and even wore foot coverings before entering the property, treating my home with upmost respect. -The surveyor also provided her details on a business card with a contact number, again this attention to detail was much appreciated. -The surveyor took her time inspecting the property and answered any questions. Subsequently a report was provided again very clearly detailed with all the information and very precisely outlined and the whole process from start to finish was carried out with so much ease and the highest professionalism. Given my excellent experience, I would strongly recommend C&C Surveying I cannot stress enough how professional and helpful they have been.

The phone was always answered in a friendly and highly professional manner. Once I had instructed for the survey to be completed, it was carried out within 3 working days, and the report was provided the following week. The report was clear and thorough, with any additional queries being followed up the next day by email. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if needed,

Very fast service, efficient and helpful staff, and competitively priced. I was pleased with my survey - it was clear, well written, included lots of photos which was incredibly helpful, and it explained things without being patronising. Would certainly recommend.

I am a first time buyer and found C&C Surveying online. I didn’t know what to expect but booking was easy and the survey happened really promptly and the surveyors sorted everything with the estate agents, like access to the property. I was happy with the price. I got the report back within a week and it was very thorough. I got a homebuyer’s report. It doesn’t cover electricity which needs to be done by a registered electrician, so I’m now booking that independently at a cost of £200-300 (for a two bed flat).

Cannot comment on whether the surveyor has correctly identified all relevant faults of the property, but I would say: this firm is super efficient, super slick from start to finish: from agreeing to their T&Cs, payment and receiving report. This firm sets the standard of how to operate online nowadays. Also, pricing is very competitive. Could not be happier! Will use again when need arises.

Very happy with the survey - we chose the level 3 survey. We got a comprehensive report listing all areas of the house that need work or investigation, and how urgent it is; does action need to be taken before purchase or can it be dealt with after at leisure. Very valuable info to have in further discussions with the vendor.

i book leval 3 just recently 01.02.2022 ..Fantasticc service would highly recommend. From the moment I called C&C and Natalie took my call I knew I would use this company.. All options explained no pressure applied a fantastic person to deal with and a great asset to the company.Very detailed report and valuation supplied will recommend to all family and friends .higly recommend.....

Follow up our enquire and explained the difference of scopes since we were looking the Level 3 survey with valuation. Coordinated with the agency to survey the target as a promise. Survey report was released on time as promised. The content was clear and detail.
